Housing Needs Survey Reports 2017 and 2024

At its meeting held on the 4 April 2024, the Parish Council discussed and approved the final plan for the introduction of a 20mph scheme in the village. Following consideration and correspondence with Highways, the final design concluded that there will need to be a short 30mph buffer zone between Melbourn and Meldreth, as shown on the street plan attached.

Last week the County Council launched a community survey which will be used as part of the development of the Healthy Places Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, a piece of work which will support the development of healthier, easy to access and inclusive communities.
